But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Get into bed and position yourself inside the support with the back of your head resting on your pillow.
If you’re recovering from Rotator Cuff or Shoulder Surgery, remember to keep your sling on until it is time to lay back and sleep, and NEVER use your recovering arm to assist you in any way.
Get comfortable, remove your sling, and prepare for sleep. We recommend placing your sling within arm’s reach on top of the covers.
Lay back and rest! Upon waking, put your sling back on before getting up.
After shoulder surgery, my doctor told me I’d have to sleep upright in a recliner during the weeks or months of recovery. Then, a PT friend gave me the Restore You Therapeutic Support. I lay on it every night in bed and can sleep for 3-5 hours, go to the bathroom, and then return to bed for the rest of the night. I highly recommend this easy-to-use support. There are no straps or anything to fool with. You just lay down and sleep great. It’s a great value for the money, and I had a lot less pain than others have had with the same surgery. I sleep so well; I think I might just keep sleeping on it even after I have recovered.
Bless you, Scott, your Restore Your Therapeutic Support is the real deal! Last night, I had the first decent night’s sleep in 10 weeks and woke up with dramatically less pain, and my scapular muscles stayed in place. Before your support, my scapular muscles were not laying correctly, causing a huge setback with my PT. My PT said this was a major problem, and she couldn’t figure out why. Today, I went to PT after 5 days of using your support, and my range of motion and pain level were 80% better than 5 days ago – that is HUGE. The only change has been your support. Hands down, it is the single best medical investment I have ever made. The world needs this so badly, and no one knows just how painful and long-term the agony is with shoulder surgery.
This was my fourth shoulder surgery, and I knew what to expect and was truly dreading going through that again. But my sister sent me the Restore You Therapeutic Support, so I thought I would do I have to lose and try it. “Wow,” is all I can say. The first night home from surgery, I was able to sleep through the night and awaken with no pain, and I have been able to do that since. In all my previous surgeries, going back to work while not getting enough sleep was just miserable. This support is incredible and has made all the difference. Thanks for making a fantastic product.
Now, you can sleep in the comfort of your own bed with proper support, giving your body the recovery it needs.
