Yes, you can use the Restore You with a sling.
While it was designed for use without a sling, the support can still be used with one and will still be more comfortable than sleeping in a recliner. Please show your doctor our instructions and have them approve your specific use case.

Restore You is typically eligible for HSA and FSA purchases because it qualifies as Durable Medical Equipment for post-surgical recovery. Some plans may require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your surgeon, so it’s always best to check with your provider.

Yes, we do offer a customer-friendly return policy.

For your safety and the safety of others, opened medical devices cannot be reused or exchanged. This policy complies with healthcare safety standards that prohibit the reuse of medical equipment once it has been in contact with a patient.

In an effort to comply with these standards, we offer the following return policy:

  • 100% refund once returned if the package has not been opened
  • 50% refund if the package has been opened or the product has been used. The patient may discard the product.

The outer cover is removable and machine-washable in cold water with mild detergent. The foam core should only be spot-cleaned with mild soap and water and allowed to fully air dry before reuse.
