What Information We Collect
For your safety and the safety of others, medical devices that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy complies with FDA regulations and healthcare safety standards that prohibit the reuse of medical equipment once it has been in contact with a patient.
At Surgical Recovery Systems, patient safety, product integrity, and clinical performance are our top priorities. Because our products are classified as medical recovery support devices and are intended for personal post-surgical use, special return conditions apply.

Once the product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold or reused.
The Support is considered a personal-use medical item.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days.
A 50% refund of the purchase price will be issued.
