Return & Refund Policy

What Information We Collect

For your safety and the safety of others, medical devices that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy complies with FDA regulations and healthcare safety standards that prohibit the reuse of medical equipment once it has been in contact with a patient.

At Surgical Recovery Systems, patient safety, product integrity, and clinical performance are our top priorities. Because our products are classified as medical recovery support devices and are intended for personal post-surgical use, special return conditions apply.

Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Unopened Product Returns
Products that meet all of the following conditions are eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price:

Box is unopened and factory sealed

All tamper seals intact

Product is unused and undamaged

Return authorization has been issued

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and confirmation of unopened condition.

Opened Product Returns
Due to the medical and personal-use nature of this product, opened products are non-returnable unless defective:

Once the product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold or reused.

The Support is considered a personal-use medical item.

If the product has been opened:

Customers may request a refund within 14 days.

A 50% refund of the purchase price will be issued.

The Support should be discarded by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or defective:

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost

Return Authorization Required
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Manufacturing Defect Warranty
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that fails to function as intended, we will:

Provide a full replacement at no charge

Cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement

Expedite processing to minimize any delay in your recovery

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
